To confirm your participation, please complete the form below. You can choose between building your own stand or opting for our stand construction services to ensure a hassle-free setup.
This year, we are enhancing the visitor experience by providing complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks throughout the event. To support this initiative, we ask exhibitors for a small contribution:
- €149 for stands up to 12m²
- €199 for stands larger than 12m²
Additionally, you can bring your own lunch or book a catered lunch through us. The lunch package, available for both days of the event, is priced at €50 per person.
A standard coffee/tea arrangement of €32 per day will be booked for all stands (this includes 2 pots of coffee or tea per day). You can specify your preference on the morning of the event day.
